We understand how important your order is to you & we will endeavour to deliver as timely as possible.

Generally we allow 7 to 10 working days for orders (though due to ever changing rail, transport & weather  issues these timeframes may be much longer) with larger orders and regional areas sometimes taking longer.

In order to provide the quickest & most cost effective options please note that most bulky goods orders will require assistance to unload at your address. If you require alternatives to this please contact us to discuss.

All deliveries are to a ground floor front door and please note should access to a lift or similar be required you will need to contact us to discuss prior to placing your order. Also please note any issues with access to your front door, gravel driveways, locked gates etc may result in an additional delivery fee, please contact us prior to ordering if this may be the case for your delivery.

Due to changes in Australian freight most carriers will only drop goods into a lobby and will not put into a lift or take up stairs to an apartment.

As soon as your order has been processed and shipping has been booked, we will email you with tracking and/or carrier information so you may track your order to ensure prompt delivery.

Please be aware if you have ordered Australian Made products delivery is on top of manufacturing times and as we use professional furniture movers for these items, delivery make take slightly longer but with these items it is worth the wait to ensure we get your beautiful custom furniture to you in the best possible manner.
